At the start of 2004, New Day Pictures took the significant step to establish an online/offline AVID post-production facility in its brand new premises in Kingston.

Unlike many edit facilities we employ a number of talented editors with a track record in the field that the client specialises in. Some of these talented artistes have won awards in fields as diverse as TV Drama, Documentaries, News and Current Affairs, Music Videos, Film and Corporate videos.

Having an editor who is experienced in the field you work in can be the key to getting the job done quickly, and with excellent results.

Post-Production is a key stage in any project - and often one of the biggest costs. With many facilities often costing up to and in excess of £1,000 per day, our nonlinear edit facility is not only a cost effective alternative but also provides a relaxed yet creative environment to put the finishing touches to any production.

New Day Pictures already have a track record to be proud of, having recently finished some major Broadcast and Corporate productions with great success. We can master from Digibeta, MpegIMX, Betacam SX, Betacam SP, DVCam, DVCPro, MinDV and even VHS. We can also encode and author your finished project to DVD, please see our duplication page.

As producers and editors ourselves we wanted to create an atmosphere in which we could quite happily spend the long hours normally required during postproduction. With no parking meters, no rush hour queues and no interruptions - we focus upon providing an unprecedented level of service.
